| | so i am in love with molecular biology lab. i have received an 100 on every lab report we have done. i understand what we are doing. i don't fuck up (well, other than the picture below). i love it. i wish i had taken it sooner so that i could have spent more time possibly doing research with dr. connell.
mom is coming up this weekend so that should be fun. homecoming, good food, alumni, and partying. it's going to be great. well, other than the 830am rehearsal saturday morning for marching band. that, not so much.

this is why i suck at life, and this particular molecular lab. these are pcr (polymerase chain reaction) tubes. i broke all three of them. i know they are fragile. i just wasn't paying attention to the squeezing i was doing to the tubes when i was trying to put the caps on. not only did i break these, i wasted expensive taq polymerase and buffer. yay me.
yay for sexy party time with my lovelies! that's L-R anna, myself and jennifer. my glasses are crooked so that is annoying. oh well. yay fun!
